Maria Amundson, Chief Communications Officer, joined Mainspring in 2018 to lead the company’s communications and corporate marketing. She previously served as Global Chair, Technology Sector for Edelman Worldwide, heading a team of 550 professionals in 35 countries. She was promoted to that role after serving for three years as General Manager of Edelman’s Silicon Valley office, leading it to record profitability and client satisfaction rankings. Maria joined Edelman in 2006 by acquisition of A&R Partners, where she was co-owner and Senior Partner. She holds a B.S. in economics from Stanford University and was a Stanford DCI Fellow 2017-18.
