Linear generators adjust automatically to different fuels by controlling the pressure at which the fuel and air mixture reacts, allowing the system to match optimal conditions without mechanical changes. Because the reaction is pressure-driven rather than flame-based, the generator maintains stable and efficient performance across a wide range of gaseous fuels. Fuel switching happens quickly and requires no modification to the core machine, enabling smooth transitions between gaseous fuels as operating needs evolve.
Each generator operates from 0–100% output, responding in real time to load or renewable variability. This provides dispatchable, fast-ramping power for businesses and utilities.
Multiple units operate in coordination, allowing maintenance without system downtime. Sites can achieve high 9s availability, with minimal overbuild, due to the modular design.
