Scott Gebicke, COO, joined Mainspring in 2025 from his prior role as CEO of Mighty Buildings, an innovative housing company in Oakland that specializes in materials science and 3D printing. In the previous 11 years, Scott held executive roles at Jabil, serving as President of the Industrial Division and Jabil Defense & Aerospace, where he led large P&Ls and drove customer success, global manufacturing innovation and large-scale strategic execution. Prior to Jabil, he was a Jr Partner at McKinsey & Company’s Industrial High Tech practice (London & San Francisco) for seven years. He also spent seven years as a US Naval officer. Scott holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.S. in Engineering & Economics from Vanderbilt University.
