Mainspring Energy

Ryan Fletcher, CFO, joined Mainspring in 2019 to lead the buildout of the finance function, helping Mainspring grow from pre-revenue to its current commercial scale and raise >$500M of capital to fund the development and deployment of its linear generators. Before Mainspring, Ryan spent nearly a decade at SunPower Corp., where he served in senior management roles in manufacturing finance, strategic finance, and corporate controllership, and helped bring 8point3 Energy Partners to the public markets in 2015. Prior to SunPower, Ryan was an auditor at KPMG LLP, serving clients in the tech industry. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Santa Clara University and a California CPA (inactive).
