Mainspring Energy

Haben Goitom, General Counsel, leads the company's legal strategy and efforts. Prior to joining Mainspring in 2022, she led the legal and public affairs teams at Alliant Energy, a midwest investor owned utility, as the company developed and acquired significant wind and solar energy generation. She also served in business leadership roles in both supply chain and business transformation. Before Alliant Energy, Haben worked in private practice at Jones Day. She holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin, and an M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
